Arizona State is coming off of its fourth straight 20-win season in Tempe. Legendary head coach Charli Turner Thorne, competing in the nation’s toughest conference, led the Sun Devils to an overall record of 20-13 and a 9-9 conference mark. A berth to the NCAA tournament saw ASU match up against Michigan State in the first round. After a 73-61 win over Sparty, Arizona State’s season eventually came to an end with a loss to South Carolina, 71-68. The Sun Devils will be one of the youngest teams in the Pac-12 next year, boasting no seniors and a handful of underclassmen. Arizona State will look to continue its dominance on the glass from last season. In 2016-17, the Sun Devils allowed just 30.5 rebounds for their opponents and captured the third-best rebounding margin in the conference at 7.4.
