| Cancun Challenge Ready for Third Year | |||||||||
| January 26, 2010 - The Cancun Challenge will kick off its third year at the Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, Mexico in November 2010, over Thanksgiving week. The tournament will feature eight NCAA DI men''''sbasketball teams and will be played November 23, 24, and 25, 2010 in Cancun. Four teams will play in the Mayan Division and four teams will play in the Riviera Division. Headlining the event will be La Salle, Providence and Wyoming. A complete list of teams will be released at a later date. The Cancun Challenge is run by Fort Collins, Colo.-based Triple Crown Sports, which also organizes women’s college basketball tournaments in Cancun. Triple Crown coordinates the Preseason and Postseason Women’s NIT as well. | |||||||||
